Be True to Yourself!

Everyday can be a struggle if you let it! Your reactions to an action is the key to either embracing life or turning away from it!

Do not allow your self to be completely inundate or influenced totally on your surroundings and others to determine your true self!

For example...if someone prepared a meal for you and you appreciate and enjoy that meal you would express how grateful you are, and how good it was for you!

Just the same as if someone annoyed you in a way that invaded your personal space and continued to do so without regard then you should allow yourself to be heard, and request for that individual or thing to change that which is disrupting you.

The Night is Young!

To be truly happy, not many people are ever really satisfied with that particular emotion.

Emotions are reactions that people choose to respond either in a positive or a negative way.

example for positive for me would be showing happiness, smiling all the time, offering to help others, suggesting good deeds as well as offering monetary gifts etc, but please rememberit's a choice.

example of negative for me would be showing aggression, ugly facial expressions, cursing & swearing. Many like to display as if they're better than others when of course their the biggest looser. I think you got my point, and again controlling emotions is a trial and task to hide and to show everyday especially when it's all a lie!

How long can the lies last! I'm not in the Movies......
